Link Flood to rtorrent

To have Flood communicate with rtorrent install Flood and then open it via your dashboard.
On "Create an account" page you can use the following settings:
- Username: seedit4me
- Password: your seedbox password
- rTorrent Connection Type: Unix Socket
- rTorrent socket: /var/run/seedit4me/.rtorrent.sock
