I paid an invoice twice, what now?

Duplicate Payments & PayPal Subscriptions
- If you accidentally pay the same invoice more than once, the extra payment will be added as a credit to your account and automatically applied to your next invoice.
- If you need a refund, please open a support ticket:
- One-time duplicate payments – We will refund the amount in full.
- Multiple duplicate payments – We will refund the amount minus processing fees.
PayPal Subscriptions
- If you have a PayPal subscription set up, please note that we cannot pause, cancel, or adjust it, as it is fully under your control.
- A PayPal subscription means you have authorized PayPal to send the same payment amount on the same date every month.
- You can cancel your PayPal subscription at any time from your PayPal account.
- If you have multiple active PayPal subscriptions, we are unable to see or manage them. Any extra payments sent will be added as credit to your account.
