I buy the service from our company last year with Paypal of €11.99, at 2022.04.13, and i only buy for one month. But i really do not know there is an automatic payment protocol. I do not know it will automatically deduct the payment of €11.99 every month for one year, i only buy the service one time at 2022.04.13, and i do not buy the service later and you can check my using history, to confirm that i have never use our service after 2022.05.13, but it still automatically deduct €11.99 from my Paypal account every month for one whole year.  

The automatically deduct is from 2022.05 to 2022.12, totally 8 months for €95.92, So i beg you to refund the €95.92 to my Paypal account?
