Today we have implemented loads of backend updates, frontend performance tweaks, and a completely new Knowledge Base (KB)!
While our hard-working coder is getting some zZz's we will update you on the changes: You can find the new Knowledge Base right here . We've added some new guides, but most importantly updated and revisited all existing guides. Some were no longer applicable and have been removed entirely, as we have implemented a ton of fixes in our last backend / DC update ( found here ). The KB consists of different categories and also makes use of tags, to let you easily navigate through the content.
We have added Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) . While our old environment didn't differentiate between KB and FAQ, we now have a clear line between them. The FAQ consists of short questions with a sweet and short answer stuck right to them. They mostly focus on new clients who have relatively easy questions that get asked a lot. We hope to make it even easier for (new) customers to find the answer to any questions they might have.
The Search function on any part of the site will also give you results from the KB and FAQ.
