We have received a lot of feedback from users who would like to be able to add credits to their account, so they don't have to worry about an invoice at an inconvenient time. Ofcourse we have listened to you and have now implemented a new feature which lets you add funds to your account.

How can I add credit to my account?
You can either go to the billing page , or manage your credit via your account page . On the right side of the page you will find two new options: 'Credit Balance' and 'Add credits'. Your current credit balance (if any) will be shown in the first slot. In the second you have the option to add credits to your account. Just select the amount of credit you want to add, then hit the 'Add credit' button that will appear. After you've paid the invoice the credits will be automatically added to your account for future use. Please bear in mind that the usual transaction delay for your chosen payment method (if any) applies, before you can see the added amount.

How will the credit be applied to a new invoice?
If you choose to add a credit balance to your account it is nothing more than a surplus of money. Before the creation of the next invoice the system will check whether you have a surplus balance on your account. If you do, then it will automatically use your credit balance. If you have enough credit to pay the invoice in full then the invoice will be marked paid. If you do not have enough credit to pay it in full then you will receive an invoice for the amount remaining, after subtracting your account balance.
